This page provides information for students affected by the closure of Seton Hill Residence Halls in response to the COVID-19 global pandemic. What if I cannot leave campus by Friday, March 20 at 5 p.m.?
We understand there are various circumstances that might limit your ability to leave campus by Friday, March 20, and, to date, we have been able to accommodate each student request to stay beyond this date. Please be sure to fill out the request form previously sent in an email from the Director of Residence Life Cory Campbell.
What if I have gone home, but left some of my belongings in my room?
Since many of you have requested to come to campus this weekend to collect your belongings, we are happy to accommodate and have extended the opportunity for Residence Hall item pick-up to include Saturday from 9 a.m.- 5 p.m., and Sunday from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Storage will be open during those hours. Don’t forget to turn in your key(s) to the Office of Residence Life (Maura 223) before you leave.
What if I left with all my belongings, but I forgot to turn in my key(s)?
No problem. We recommend using a padded envelope and taping your key(s) to a sheet of paper with your name, student ID, and room number. Then simply mail it to:

What if I cannot come back to get my belongings before Sunday, March 22?
We will secure your belongings and will be in contact with next steps once we determine how many students have this need.
What if I need access to storage?
Storage, located in Havey Basement, is free of charge and will be open the following hours for your convenience:
- Wednesday until 9 p.m.
- Thursday and Friday from 9 a.m. - 9 p.m.
- Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
