Office Information

The Student Accounts Office handles all monetary transactions for students and their families, including payment on accounts and issuing of refunds. 

The Student Accounts Office is located in Seton Hill’s Administration Building, Room 105. The main office contact information is: (724) 838-4214 or studentaccounts@setonhill.edu.

Office Hours

  • Monday - Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
  • The office is also open on the first and last Saturday of each Adult Degree Program session from 7:45 a.m. to 12:45 p.m.

For Current Students:

Access your account and billing statements - or invite a parent or family member to view your account and billing statements - by visiting the Student Account Center.

Personal checks may be cashed in the Student Accounts office, with a maximum amount of $100 per student per day. A validated university identification card is required to cash checks, and a $35 service fee will be assessed on all returned payments made by check or ACH direct deposit. (In addition, an ATM machine is located in the campus Post Office for withdrawals and transfers.)

The Student Accounts Office may periodically attempt to reach you regarding your account balance. We will use your Seton Hill University email address. We encourage you to read your Seton Hill emails on a regular basis, or have them forwarded to the email address that you use most frequently.
