On November 25, 2002 Pati Beachley, assistant professor of sculpture at Seton Hill, will host a guest artist lecture by sculptor/performance artist Don Evans, Professor Emeritus of Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN. Evans is known for his collaborative projects involving video, slides, film, computer graphics and fireworks. He’s infamous for his giant, inflatable polyethylene structures that have graced the lawns of college campuses and museums, sometimes with interesting results. "If you do stuff," says Evans, "sooner or later you will get in trouble."

Evans presentation will be held from 2:15 p.m. – 3:45 p.m. on November 25 in the Lynch Hall Drawing Studio.
