Start Your College Education While Still in High School

Seton Hill offers high school students the opportunity to preview college-level academic work and earn college credits (at a fraction of the cost) through its College in High School and Dual Enrollment Programs.

  • College in High School students take college-level courses that have been approved by Seton Hill in the familiar environment of their own high school.
  • Dual Enrollment gives high school students the opportunity to take courses on Seton Hill's campus or online (including online language courses taught through our partnership with Appalachia Intermediate Unit 8) with the approval of a high school advisor.

Courses are offered through both programs at a fraction of the usual tuition cost, and college credits earned may also count toward the completion of a high school diploma. Credits earned may apply toward the chosen program of study at Seton Hill. The credits are also transferable to most institutions of higher education. High school students are encouraged to check with their desired college or university to determine the current transfer credit policy.

Students enrolled in either program are welcome to use the resources of Seton Hill’s Reeves Memorial Library, either in person or online.
