The 12th Annual Winners’ Circle luncheon event is recognized as one of the largest ATHENA recognition programs in the country. This Westmoreland County-based event showcases exceptional women as business pioneers and honors individuals for inspiring others to do great things in the area. The program is one of three Pennsylvania programs to top the international ATHENA Foundation’s best practice list for attendance, organization, and community support.

Supported by Seton Hill University’s E-Magnify women’s business center, this community-based awards program and luncheon will involve four awards: the prestigious ATHENA Award®, the Seton Hill University Entrepreneurial Excellence Award, the Award for Community Service, and, the newest addition, the YWCA Rising Star Award. The awards will be presented to individuals who demonstrate excellence, creativity, and initiative in their business or profession and provide valuable service by devoting time and energy to improve the quality of life for others in the community.
