Seton Hill University’s Counseling and Prevention Services, in partnership with Westmoreland County District Attorney John Peck, the Westmoreland County Drug and Alcohol Commission, the Pennsylvania Department of Health, and the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board, will host “Project Same P.A.G.E.,” facilitated by Tom Horan, law enforcement trainer with the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board, on Thursday, January 21, from 8 a.m.-1:30 p.m. in Cecilian Hall, which is located on the second floor of the Administration Building on Seton Hill’s hilltop campus. “Project Same P.A.G.E.” (Pennsylvania Alcohol Guidelines for Enforcement) educates and promotes legally sound and thorough investigations as well as consistent prosecutions of underage drinking and related offenses in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. It is designed to encourage law enforcement and court officials to work together in achieving more consistency in successfully prosecuting underage drinking violations.
