More than 270 students and faculty members, representing 24 student teams from 17 colleges, gathered at Bryant University in Rhode Island on March 28 & 29, 2008 to take part in the HR Games. The games are a “Jeopardy” style competition that uses questions from the Professional in Human Resource (PHR) certification exam to help students prepare for the test.

The Seton Hill team – seniors Jennifer Boord, of Monongahela, Pa., Gerard Boyle, from Motherwell, United Kingdom, and Joshua Underwood, of Everson, Pa. – was one of only four teams to make it to the semi-finals. Seton Hill finished the games in 3rd place, and also received the Collegiality Award.
