Greensburg, PA – Seton Hill is pleased to announce the addition of five new employees.

Timothy R. Banks has joined Seton Hill University as Graphic Designer and Publications Coordinator. Banks’ responsibilities include designing ads, booklets, programs and other print material for on-campus and external audiences. Banks also coordinates the design and printing of Seton Hill University’s annual report and Forward Magazine. "I worked as a Student Designer while getting my undergraduate degree at IUP, and I really enjoyed working in a college atmosphere. One of my long-term goals was to find a job at a college or university…I guess I can check that one off my list," says Banks. Banks earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. He currently resides in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Caroline Goldinger recently joined Seton Hill University as an Admissions Administrative Assistant. Goldinger’s experience includes working at Helicopter Aviation Services in Mt. Pleasant as an Administrative Assistant to the Vice President. "I love the campus environment," says Goldinger. "I guess my next big challenge will be figuring out what I want to study. I’m really excited about having the opportunity to continue my education." Goldinger earned her Associates Degree in Specialized Business, Exec. Secretarial from Monroeville School of Business.

Sharon Mills has joined Seton Hill University as an Administrative Assistant in the Registrar’s Office. Mills’ experience includes working as a Customer Service Officer at Southwest Bank in Greensburg. At Southwest, Mills developed training material, trained bank tellers, and provided technical support for the Branch Delivery System. "I liked my former career but I’m glad I made the switch," says Mills. "I enjoy what I do and everyone’s very friendly here." Mills resides in Greensburg, Pennsylvania.

Amber Sherman has joined Seton Hill as a Residence Life Area Coordinator. "I think it’s good that the students know they have someone they can always come to. It helps in maintaining a healthy community atmosphere in the halls, which is a top priority for us," said Sherman. Sherman’s experience includes working as a Graduate Resident Assistant Director at the University of Pittsburgh at Greensburg in which she maintained a 150-person residence hall, assisted in Resident Assistant Selection and assisted in the development if the Resident Student Council. Sherman earned her MA from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in Student Affairs and Higher Education and her BA from Muskingum College in Psychology and Sociology.

Jaimie Steel has joined Seton Hill University as the new Director of Student Activities and Commuter Life. Steel coordinates student activities on and off campus, provides commuting students with the services they need, and assists the Seton Hill Government Association. Steel served as an Area Coordinator for the Residence Life Office at St. Francis University where she was responsible for supporting the efforts of residence assistants and residence hall directors. Steel earned her M.Ed/L. and B.S. from St. Francis University in Loretto, PA. A native of Johnstown, Steel resides in Greensburg, Pennsylvania.
