In the wake of the tragedy at Virginia Tech, we want to reassure Seton Hill students and their families that the University has a thoughtful emergency response plan and crisis response protocols in place. The safety of our students, their welfare and well being, remain the greatest concern for all of us at Seton Hill. In light of yesterday’s events, Seton Hill is continuing to review the University’s emergency response and crisis plans and update them as appropriate. Seton Hill’s well-trained Campus Police Department works in collaboration with local and state police and other emergency response personnel from the City of Greensburg. Students should call Campus Police (724-830-4999) with any questions or concerns. All of us at Seton Hill are sensitive to the emotional well being of our students. Students may seek advice and counseling about any matter related to the Virginia Tech tragedy by calling the Office of Student Life (724-838-4242), Campus Ministry and the University Chaplain (724-830-1075), the Seton Hill Center for Family Therapy (724-552-0339), or Seton Hill's Counseling Center (724-838-4295).
