GREENSBURG, PA- John Fogle, Athletic Director at Seton Hill College, announced that Eryn Ellsworth, daughter of Nelson and Jody Ellsworth of Marianna, PA, will attend Seton Hill on a volleyball scholarship. Ellsworth will begin classes in Fall 2001. “I am very pleased that Eryn has decided to further her academic and athletic career at Seton Hill College,” said Rick Hall, head volleyball coach at Seton Hill. “She is a fine student and will fit in nicely at Seton Hill. Eryn will be a welcome addition to the volleyball program. She is a dedicated and gifted athlete who has tremendous potential for growth. Her team spirit and ‘no quit’ attitude are a perfect fit for our program.” On the volleyball team at Bethlehem-Center High School, Ellsworth made All-Section first team three years, All-WPIAL three years and was named the Section 4A MVP. “Seton Hill College has a reputation for being a good school for education majors,” Ellsworth said, who is planning on majoring in elementary education in the fall. “I also wanted to be part of the impressive volleyball program at the College.”
