This season the men's basketball team is looking to take the next step and make a run at the WVIAC Championship in their final season in the league.  The Griffins need to replace most of their scoring from last season as they return just one starter and three players who saw significant playing time last season.  Last season the Griffins finished the season with an 11-16 overall mark and a 9-13 record in WVIAC play.  SHU earned the 10th seed in the WVIAC tournament and were eliminated from the tournament by Pitt Johnstown.  Seton Hill started off the 2012-13 season on the right foot with an exhibition game victory over NCAA Tournament participant Loyola (MD) in early November.
