Dr. Reese is Chief Operating Officer of Electronic Warfare Associates (EWA), Inc. EWA’s core competencies include development of electromagnetic spectrum-related products, training, simulations, and services, as well as systems integration, cybersecurity, and threat analysis/assessment. In his position as COO, Dr. Reese is responsible for current and strategic operations across all EWA business units. Previously at EWA, he has been a Senior Vice President and a Vice President of the EWA Services business unit. Dr. Reese has more than 30 years of experience in systems analysis, business systems, and project/program management, and began his career as an Army officer, serving in various assignments over a span of 11 years, to include Operations Desert Shield/Desert Storm, for which he was awarded a Bronze Star Medal, and Assistant Professor of Physics at West Point. He transitioned to the civilian sector as an Operations Research Systems Analyst in support of the US Army Test and Evaluation Command, providing test and evaluation support for a variety of OSD-oversight acquisition programs. Throughout his career, he has also worked for Woman-Owned Small Businesses, assisting in their growth and development as government contractors. Dr. Reese has been an Adjunct Faculty member of the MBA program since 2017, teaching courses in Project Management.
