Karen Harouse-Bell is a graduate of Seton Hill University and has returned as a faculty member to share her knowledge and experience. Karen has practiced in many areas of health care including in-patient care, out-patient care, home health, community and private consulting. She is impassioned about nutrition, health, diabetes care and prevention. When she has the time (or not!) you will find her gardening, swimming, volunteering and cooking. She describes herself as a "food culinarian" or as her children describe her, a "foodie". Karen has found teaching to bring her a sense of accomplishment as she watches her students grow in knowledge, confidence and skills.
