Dr. Kochman is an assistant professor in the Doctor of Physical Therapy Program at Seton Hill University, where she teaches orthopedic and cardiopulmonary coursework. She is a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist and an APTA Credentialed Clinical Instructor. Dr. Kochman has nearly 30 years of experience as a physical therapist. Prior to joining Seton Hill University, she spent the past 18 years working in a specialty out patient clinic treating orthopedic patients, as well as patients referred for cardiac therapy and pulmonary rehabilitation. She played a role in developing and enhancing the cardiac therapy and pulmonary rehabilitation programs, served as a facility director, and served on the leadership team. Her plentiful conference attendance and continuing education coursework is heavily weighted in orthopedics, and she earned three Certificates of Orthopedic Excellence: The Spine, The Upper Quarter, and The Lower Quarter. Dr. Kochman is committed to being a life-long learner. She has a passion to inspire and mentor the next generation of clinicians to be excellent and practice in an evidence-based manner.
