Seton Hill Graduate Builds Her Own Path as a Marketing Professional
In 2016, Greguric earned a bachelor's degree in business administration with a marketing specialization. She then returned to Seton Hill to pursue her MBA, graduating in 2019. Although she is still early in her career, Greguric has gained valuable experience since graduating.
“I didn’t have a perfectly mapped-out career path after graduation, and I think that ended up being one of the best things that could have happened to me,” she says.
Greguric decided to take a leap of faith and join Idelic after graduating. At the time, the fleet safety and driver management software company was less than a year old and had only two employees. Greguric became the third. This risk proved to be exactly what she needed. In her position, she was able to lead marketing through the company’s growth and gain the confidence to propel her career.
She says, “That experience gave me the confidence to realize that I didn’t need to wait for a traditional leadership position to be offered to me—I could create one.”
In 2023, Greguric launched her own marketing consultancy, advising early-stage companies on go-to-market strategy and growth. In her role as a fractional marketing leader and advisor, she works with founders to build and scale companies across a variety of technology and other emerging solutions.
This October, Greguric returned to The Hill as a GOLD Award recipient. The GOLD Award recognizes recent Seton Hill University graduates for their exceptional early career success, community leadership, and significant personal achievements. In addition to receiving the award, she spoke as part of the Griffins On The Rise panel to share her experiences and advice with current students.
“I'm especially grateful to be recognized by Seton Hill because so much of what I value about my career—taking initiative, thinking creatively, building relationships, and being willing to take a less traditional path—was shaped during my time there,” she says. “I'm proud of the career and life I've built, but I'm even more excited about continuing to create opportunities for myself and for the people I get to work with,” Greguric shares.
