Bio

Patti Ghubril, MA, ATR, is a Registered Art Therapist and Trauma Specialist at the Center for Victims (CV) in Pittsburgh, PA. She uses integrative, trauma-informed approaches in her clinical work with children, youth and families; all who have experienced violence and loss. As part of her work at CV, Patti also designed a trauma psychoeducation program, called Living Forward, for adolescent residents of Shuman Detention Center. Patti is a 2010-2011 Pittsburgh Schweitzer Fellow. She lives in Pittsburgh with her husband and she has two grown children. Patti and her husband founded an urban community development organization on Pittsburgh's Northside, called The Pittsburgh Project which is now in its' twenty-eighth year.
