Patti Ghubril

Board Certified Art Therapist, LPC, Trauma Specialist


Patti Ghubril, MA, ATR-BC, LPC is a Board Certified Art Therapist and Trauma Specialist at the Center for Victims (CV) in Pittsburgh, PA. She uses integrative, trauma-informed approaches in her clinical work with children, youth and families; all who have experienced violence and loss. As part of her work at CV, Patti leads interactive workshops for mental health professionals on Vicarious Trauma and Self Care. Patti also designed a trauma psychoeducation program, called Living Forward, for adolescent residents of Shuman Detention Center. Patti is a 2010-2011 Pittsburgh Schweitzer Fellow. She lives in Pittsburgh with her husband and she has two grown children. Patti and her husband founded an urban community development organization on Pittsburgh's Northside, called The Pittsburgh Project which is now in its thirtieth year.
