Jennifer Beasley
Bio
Jennifer Beasley, DAT, ATR-BC, LPAT serves as Assistant Professor in the Graduate Art Therapy with Counseling Program. She also supports students in the Pre-Art Therapy program in the Art Department. As a clinician, she has utilized art therapy with children from all over the world, including Bosnia, Uzbekistan, Nicaragua, Burma, Rwanda, Somalia, Cuba, Iraq, Syria and Sudan. She presents regionally and nationally on art therapy with diverse populations and self-care for caregivers. She is interested in the use of art therapy paired with mindfulness to promote human flourishing.
