Cecil Crouch
Cecil Crouch has been in the field of education for 27 years in several roles, including: paraprofessional, general education teacher, special education teacher, educational consultant, adjunct professor of special education, and special education administrator. Cecil’s primary roles at PaTTAN include serving on the special education leadership and paraprofessional initiatives, working on the State Systemic Improvement Plan (SSIP), and as the state-wide lead of the special education law initiative.
