Assistant Professor of Accounting with more than 30 years of higher education teaching experience and over 40 years of professional experience in accounting, internal auditing, taxation, information technology auditing, risk management, regulatory compliance, and fraud investigation. Certified Public Account (CPA) and Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) with extensive industry experience gained through progressive leadership roles at FirstEnergy Corporation and Kennametal, Inc. Demonstrates subject matter expertise across financial accounting, auditing, taxation, financial analysis, corporate finance, forensic accounting, fraud examination, and IT auditing. Committed to integrating current professional applications into the curriculum to enhance student learning and professional preparedness.
