Ph.D. Education Administration, University of Pittsburgh Letter of Eligibility (Superintendent's Commission), University of Pittsburgh Principal's Certification, California University of Pennsylvania MS in Biological Science, California University of Pennsylvania BS in ED. in Biology, California University of Pennsylvania Thirty-eight years experience in the senior and junior high school and elementary schools. Twenty years experience in administration (3 years assistant principal senior high school, 2 years assistant principal in the junior high school and 15 years experience as a principal at the elementary level.
