Harassment-Free Community and Title IX
A Welcoming Community
Seton Hill University prohibits discrimination on the basis of race, color, national origin, ethnicity, sex, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, age, religion, disability and other criteria protected by applicable law. Seton Hill also prohibits discriminatory harassment, sexual harassment, sexual assault and all other forms of sexual violence, dating violence, domestic violence, and stalking. Seton Hill will respond promptly and appropriately to any form of alleged misconduct under the Title IX Policy, and will take steps to prevent recurrence and to remedy its effects.
