Dear Seton Hill University Community,

I hope all of you are settling into remote teaching, learning, and working as we all adjust to the effects the COVID-19 pandemic is having on our lives and our community.

While I wish we were still on campus together, I hope you recognize that the bonds we formed as a Seton Hill community cannot be broken simply by distance.

During this time, we wanted to create one central location to continue to share information, answer questions, and promote student events and activities. Therefore, the Division of Student Affairs has launched a new website – ConnectSHU – to serve as a virtual hub that includes information on resources you may need to access remotely, such as academic support, counseling, health services, Campus Ministry, and residence life. As well as the services you may have questions about such as the bookstore and mail room.

And, by following the Student Life social media channels on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, students, faculty and staff can keep up with opportunities to stay connected virtually through a variety of activities being planned for the rest of the semester, like Karaoke last week- that was pretty fantastic!

I hope that ConnectSHU and the activities Student Affairs has planned will help each of you feel part of the Seton Hill community despite the distance.  Please know you can always reach out to me with questions, concerns or ideas for activities.

Please continue to stay safe and healthy.

Sincerely,

Rosalie
