All ***eligible employees who are interested in this program should complete and return to the Registrar, a tuition exchange form, by November 1, 2006. The student must apply directly to the host school(s). On November 3, 2006 at 10:00 am, in Admin 401, names will be “drawn from a hat” to create a list of applicants (#1, #2, #3, etc.). Persons #1 & #2 must inform Registrar of their chosen dependent (if they have more than one). Registrar will send out forms to school(s) indicated by persons #1 and #2 that were noted on their submitted tuition exchange forms. The host institution(s) will inform each student of her/his acceptance to the institution. The liaison officers at the institutions to which the students have applied will notify the students of their acceptance to the TE program. Upon notification, the employee must immediately notify the Seton Hill University Registrar’s Office. In the event that student #1 and/or #2 does not get accepted under TE at her/his institution of choice, the Registrar will send out forms for person #3, etc. The students must notify the host liaison officer if they accept the scholarship and report the status of enrollment each fall to the Seton Hill University Registrar so that a renewal application can be completed by SHU.
