The Griffin track and field teams swept the final WVIAC Track Championships at Glenville State on Saturday afternoon.  The women's team won their third consecutive championship.  The men's program won its first ever WVIAC title after finishing second for four consecutive years.  Tim Creamer was named WVIAC Women's Coach of the Year.  The Griffins set four new meet records on the women's side.  Jeannie Bujdos set a meet record in the 10,000 meter run (36:36.03).  Calsie Boyd set two new meet records.  She won the high jump with a leap of 1.70m and took home the triple jump record with a mark of 12.02m.  Mallory Sanner owns the other meet record that will never be broken, winning the javelin with a throw of 43.29m.
