September 29 lecture free and open to the public

Greensburg, PA – Seton Hill University will present “Faith, Peace and Politics,” a lecture by Dave Robinson, internationally recognized expert in the field of foreign policy, disarmament and international relations, on Wednesday, September 29. The lecture is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. in Lynch Hall, Room 101, on Seton Hill’s campus. The lecture is free and open to the public.

Dave Robinson is the Executive Director of Pax Christi USA, the national Catholic peace and justice movement. Robinson serves on the Disarmament Commission of Pax Christi International, a group that brings together disarmament experts from around the world to work for global disarmament. He represents Pax Christi International on disarmament issues at the United Nations and regularly serves as a consultant to NGOs and faith-based organizations working on issues of human rights, disarmament, international peace and conflict resolution. He was a member of the National Interreligious Service Board for Conscientious Objection (NISBCO) for six years, serving as chair of the board for four years. Robinson also co-founded the US Campaign to Abolish Nuclear Weapons.
