Seton Hill University welcomed Dr. Joshua Sasmor as a new assistant professor of mathematics. In his position at Seton Hill, Sasmor teaches Caluclus III, Contemporary Mathematics and Mathematics for the Managerial Sciences.

Sasmor left a teaching assistant position at the University of Pittsburgh where he received his Ph.D. in mathematics. Prior to that, he served as an instructor at Robert Morris University for six years.

Sasmor also received an M.A. in mathematics from the University of Pittsburgh and a B.S. in mathematics from the University of Florida.

Sasmor lives with his wife and infant son Evan in Swissvale
