Dr. Zhao to Speak on Human Resource Management in China

Lecture free and open to the public

Internationally respected scholar in human resource management and multinational business Dr. Shuming Zhao will speak on “Human Resource Management in China” March 9 at Seton Hill University. Dr. Zhao’s lecture will be held from 5:30 – 6:30 p.m. in room 206 of Seton Hill’s Administration Building. His lecture, a part of the JoAnne Boyle World Affairs Forum, is free and open to the public.

Dr. Shuming Zhao is professor and dean of the School of Business, Nanjing University, and dean of the School of Graduate Studies, Macao University of Science and Technology, People’s Republic of China. Selected in 1996 by the State Education Commission of the People’s Republic of China as one of the five top scholars in Management, he was also identified by Eight Ministries of China as one of the best scholars of the “National Hundred, Thousand, and Ten Thousand Talent Project” in 1997.

The JoAnne Boyle World Affairs Forum was named by the University faculty and is dedicated to Seton Hill University President JoAnne Boyle, who consistently encourages “every member of the academic community to be informed global citizens.” The forum series brings speakers and artists to Westmoreland County to address global issues.
