Seton Hill University’s Harlan Gallery is proud to present its 2008-2009 schedule. Exhibits and receptions are free and open to the public.

September 25 – October 9, 2008
“Faces in Government-Faces in Leadership: Marcine Glover and Adelphoi Village Students”
Reception: Thursday, September 25 5-8 p.m.
Marcine Glover is a portrait artist from Cambria County who has done a series of portraits of congressional lawmakers. She received a grant to work with Adelphoi Village students to help instill leadership skills, funded by the Pennsylvania Rural Arts Alliance. The exhibit will feature both portrait work by the artist and the student artwork created during her residency at Adelphoi Village.

October 15 – November 20, 2008
“Touchstone at Seton Hill”
Closing reception: Thursday, November 20 5-8 p.m.
This exhibit showcases the art of craft through the work of instructors at the Touchstone Center For Crafts in Farmington, Pa. Held in conjunction with "Touchstone at WCCC.”

November 6 – 24, 2008
"In Sisterhood: the Women's Movement in Pittsburgh"
An oral history multimedia project held in the Back Gallery at Harlan Gallery.
Reception: Sunday, November 9, 1-4 p.m.

An open juried exhibit for artwork (prints, mixed media, fabric, etc.) that utilizes any form of printmaking in the process of creation. Juried by Seton Hill art faculty.

Harlan Gallery is a professional exhibition space open to the public free of charge, and is located in Reeves Hall on Seton Hill’s Greensburg, Pa. campus. Harlan Gallery is open Monday – Thursday 5 – 8 p.m., Friday 1– 3 p.m. and Sunday 1 – 4 p.m. Harlan Gallery is also open prior to all Seton Hill Theatre performances in Reeves Theatre.
