Seton Hill hosted #14 Slippery Rock on a perfect Saturday afternoon for football at Offutt Field in Greensburg.  The day turned out to be a perfect one for the Griffin football team as they were able to upset Slippery Rock by the score of 41-38 in PSAC West action.  The win over Slippery Rock is the highest ranked opponent ever beaten by a Griffin football team.  The previous highest ranked team the Griffins defeated was #20 WV State in 2008.  SHU improves to 2-2 overall and 1-0 in PSAC West play while Slippery Rock falls to 3-1 overall and 0-1 in PSAC West play.
