Coronavirus Important Updates

Welcome to the Seton Hill University Box Office

We appreciate the support of our community and we are happy to welcome you to our events in person for the 2022-2023 season

Click here to be taken to the NEW ONLINE BOX OFFICE!

PLEASE NOTE: If your card is declined, please do not re-enter it unless you made an error on the card number, expiration date, or CVV.  Then, please attempt only once more.  Your credit card will show multiple pending transactions for that amount that reduces your available balance.

Mask Policy: The current masking policy for events is as follows:

To preserve the health and safety of students, faculty and staff, we will be requiring masks at public events, regardless of vaccination status, when the Covid-19 transmission rate in Westmoreland County is high as reported on the CDC website here. When the transmission rate is medium or low, masks are required only for those who are not fully vaccinated and boosted.

Box Office Hours:

Due to a staffing shortage, the Box Office will no longer be open to walk-in customers except for 3 hours prior to an event. The Box Office staff will continue to return calls and emails as needed but will not be in the office on a regular schedule. We encourage patrons to use the online Box Office above to order tickets, Please leave us a message or send us an email at BoxOffice@setonhill.edu and we will return your call as soon as possible.

Refund Policy

All sales are final; Seton Hill University Performing Arts Center does not provide refunds for previously purchased tickets except under certain circumstances as described below. If you know 24 hours in advance of an event that you can no longer attend the event you’ve purchased tickets to, you may call the Box Office at 724-552-2929 to see if exchanges are available for that specific event.

Seton Hill University’s Covid-19 policies and procedures are located here. From time to time, we may have event-specific requirements from renters or artists. We’ll communicate those changes directly with ticket buyers as soon as we can, as well as post them publicly on the individual event page.

If you, or members of your party, are unable to comply with Covid-19 requirements for a presentation, please contact us at boxoffice@setonhill.edu as soon as possible to inquire about a refund.  Refund requests must be received no later than 24 hours before event start time. Refunds in these circumstances will only be for the value of the ticket and will not include associated fees such as printing, mailing, or facility fees.
