Seton Hill Surprises New Student with Scholarship on April 1

Cake with Griffin and Seton Hill logo in icing on top.On April 1, Seton Hill surprised incoming freshman Samantha Gray with a full-tuition scholarship to study English at the University. The presentation took place in the Southmoreland High School Library with Samantha's family, friends, teachers and other school officials present. 

In 2007, Seton Hill University created the Seton Scholars Program to recognize outstanding academic achievement by incoming freshmen in the traditional undergraduate program at Seton Hill.  Seton Scholars receive full-tuition scholarships that are renewable for four years of study at Seton Hill and are valued at more than $130,000 each.
