Michael Rubino, a 2007 Seton Hill alumnus, was recently named one of Pittsburgh Magazine's "40 Under 40" for 2017.

Michael, a visual designer and instructor for LUMA Institute in Pittsburgh, shows organizational leaders from around the world how to use brain-storming, problem-solving and other techniques to encourage more people-centered offices.

An Emmy award winning documentary filmmaker, Michael is an improv performer and one of the founders of Arcade Comedy Theater in Pittsburgh's Cultural District.
