Patti Ghubril, MA, ATR-BC, LPC is a Board Certified Art Therapist, Licensed Professional Counselor and trauma specialist. She served as a therapist at Center for Victims (CV) in Pittsburgh, PA where she utilized integrative, expressive, trauma-informed approaches in her clinical work with children, youth and families; who all experienced violence and loss. She also served CV as a Licensed Clinical Professional Supervisor. She designed and facilitated a trauma psychoeducation program, called Living Forward, for adolescent residents of Shuman Detention Center. Patti was a 2010-2011 Pittsburgh Schweitzer Fellow. Patti and her husband founded an urban community development organization on Pittsburgh's Northside, called The Pittsburgh Project which is now in its thirty-fourth year. She currently serves on the Global Mental Health Advisory Committee for Tutapona, an international trauma rehabilitation agency working with refugees in Uganda and Iraq.
