I have served in the elected capacity of Clerk of Courts since 2009. I work with County, State, and Federal elected officials and have developed and implemented polices that effect the everyday lives of citizens of Westmoreland County. As Clerk of Courts, I have overseen an annual budget of 1.4 million dollars, while collecting revenues of 7 million dollars per year. I oversee a staff of 24 employees, and I am reasonable for hiring and disciplining staff members as needed. I have been appointed to the criminal justice task force by the Governor of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. I am also an Adjunct Professor in the on-ground and online campus environments. At Colorado Technical University, I serve on the College of Security Studies Program Committee, where I aid with curriculum development and redesigning and updating courses and I am a subject matter expert.
