Learn By Doing
Story-Centered Learning experiences, created by XTOL, support the learning process by using rich, engaging stories that replicate situations you will experience in the workplace. The Story-Centered Curricula methodology was developed at Northwestern University’s Institute for the Learning Sciences and at Carnegie Mellon University. Story-Centered curricula consistently outperform traditional classroom approaches in transferring knowledge, skills and behaviors to the workplace.
Through the Story-Centered Learning approach you will:
