Areas of Specialization

At Seton Hill, you can earn a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration online.  In addition, you can also add a specialization (or two!) to this degree, to tailor your education to your career goals, or to give you a competitive edge in the job market.

Human Resources (online or on-campus)

The human resources specialization for Seton Hill’s business administration degree is designed for students who want to make a meaningful, direct and positive impact on employees, and their companies.

Marketing (online or on-campus)

Marketing is the process by which businesses (and also nonprofit agencies) create and promote their organizations and the products and services they offer. The marketing specialization for the business administration degree at Seton Hill will prepare you for a variety of marketing-related careers.

Entrepreneurial Studies (on-campus only)

Entrepreneurs start new businesses, or create new ways of managing existing ones.  By choosing the entrepreneurial studies specialty for your business administration degree at Seton Hill, you will learn the skills that make entrepreneurs successful. In the process, you will gain the knowledge and experience necessary to take ownership of your future - and to watch your career opportunities open UP. (This specialization requires evening on-campus courses.)

Seton Hill's Career and Professional Development Center (CPDC) will work with you, your professors, and local, regional and national employers to provide you with the career preparation skills, internship opportunities and placement services you need to keep moving up.

A Business B.S. & an MBA in 5 Years (for Less $)

Through the FastForward Bachelor’s to MBA Program, undergraduate students in most majors at Seton Hill can earn both a bachelor’s degree and an MBA in five years.

Certificate in Business Leadership

The Adult Degree Program at Seton Hill also offers an online certificate in business leadership.
