Activities
Intramural Program
Seton Hill's Intramural Program provides students with opportunities for competitive and non-competitive athletic activities. Students have direct involvement in the selection of the activities that comprise the Intramural Program.
Non-competitive activities include weight training, aerobics, yoga, self-defense courses and others. Competitive team activities for the fall semester include flag football, sand volleyball, and ultimate frisbee.
In addition to the Intramural Program, a fitness center is located in Sullivan Hall and houses steppers, treadmills, and free weights for individual workouts and physical training. The Center is open all-day and late into the evening to accommodate student schedules. |
