Seton Hill University seeks a Graduate Assistant for Games Management/Athletic Marketing. 

Responsibilities included but are not limited to coordinating/managing student workers at all home varsity athletic contests within SHU, PSAC, and NCAA guidelines, monitoring and issuing work study students and contracts.  The incumbent will be responsible for the operational set up and staffing for all home varsity athletic contests.  In addition, this position will serve as the liaison to all game day personnel including, but not limited to, visiting team, police, EMS, ticket takers, and custodial services.  Incumbent will also assist the sports information office in the marketing/promotion of athletic events, including use of social media

Requirements include a Bachelors degree and acceptance into Seton Hill University’s Master of Business Administration Program (including MBA Sports Management).  Strong organizational and communication skills, computer competency, ability to relate with various constituencies of the university, commitment to the mission of the university, and a commitment to rules compliance are essential.  Candidates must be energetic, responsible, and motivated to assist in the marketing and promotion of all home varsity athletic contests.

This position reports to the Assistant Director of Athletics for Athletic Communication.
