Student Accounts
The Student Accounts Office is located in the Administration Building, Room 105.
Office hours:
- Monday - Thursday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
- Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
- The office is also open on the first and last Saturday of each Adult Degree Program session from 7:45 a.m. to 12:45 p.m.

The Student Accounts Office handles all monetary transactions, including, but not limited to, student payment on accounts, issuing of refund checks, and departmental deposits. Personal checks may be cashed in this office, with a the maximum amount of $100.00 per student per day. A validated university identification card is required to cash checks, and a $35.00 service fee will be assessed on all returned checks, regardless of the maker.
(In addition, an ATM machine is located in the campus Post Office for withdrawals and transfers.)

Want to check out your account balance? Log in to Griffin's Lair, Department, Student Accounts, and choose Electronic Billing.
The Student Accounts Office may periodically attempt to reach you regarding your account balance, loan checks, workstudy checks, refund checks, etc. We will use your Seton Hill University email address. We encourage you to read your Seton Hill emails on a regular basis, or have them forwarded to the email address that you use most frequently.
