Wellness Center
The Wellness Center exists to promote healthful living through preventive and informational programs. In addition, it provides a variety of medical services, first aid and professional outpatient care for students when needed.
All students are required to have a completed Health & History Form on file in the Wellness Center. Additionally, resident students must submit a completed Meningitis form.
If you need to release information to the Wellness Center or from the Wellness Center, please complete the Release of Information Form.

Office hours:
- Monday - Friday: 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Staffing:
- The Wellness Center is staffed by a Registered Nurse and the attending Physicians are the Plundo Medical Associates.

The routine services include: diagnosis and non-invasive treatment of ambulatory illnesses and injuries, and referrals to other in-house and off campus services and counseling. Laboratory tests and x-rays are performed off campus at the student’s expense. Over the Counter medications are dispensed at the Wellness Center. Prescriptions are ordered through a local pharmacy. The costs of the prescriptions are the responsibility of the student and medical charges are to be paid at the Student Accounts Office.
Educational programming components include AIDS, smoking cessation, self breast and testicular exam education, health and nutrition counseling, Wellness Week, Week Without Violence and programming on current health care issues. Materials on a wide variety of health related topics are available at the Wellness Center.
