Campus Recreation

Seton Hill's Campus Recreation Program provides students with opportunities for competitive and non-competitive athletic activities. Students have direct involvement in the selection of the activities that comprise the Campus Recreation Program. Non-competitive activities include weight training, aerobics, yoga, zumba, cycling, self-defense courses and others. Recreational team activities include such events as: flag football, sand volleyball, floor hockey, basketball, dodgeball, kickball, ultimate Frisbee and quidditch. Recreational individual activities include such events as ping pong, video games, cornhole and Frisbee golf. Updated schedules on these recreational events can be found on Facebook at the SHU Campus Recreation Page

In addition to the campus recreation activities, a fitness facility is located in McKenna Center and houses steppers, treadmills, and free weights for individual workouts and physical training. The Center is open daily and late into the evening to accommodate student schedules.
