Brownlee

This three-story building houses 172 residents and contains an apartment for the Area Coordinator who supervises the Resident Teaching Assistants (RTAs) of the building. All of the rooms in Brownlee Hall are double-occupancy. Seton Hill University houses first-year students in Brownlee Hall.

Each floor of Brownlee Hall has three to four RTAs that are available to assist students. Every floor has kitchen facilities, computer workstations, and a TV lounge. There is also a large lounge in the basement of the building, referred to as the B.U.G. (Brownlee Underground), which has mailboxes, kitchen facilities, a pool table and a big-screen TV. This space can be used by residents for programs, watching movies, or even sleep-overs!
