SHU ends the season with a 10-7-4 record. The game was scoreless through one half. WV Wesleyan scored just 4 minutes into the second half to take a 1-0 lead. They added to the lead about 20 minutes later and held off a late push by the Griffins. SHU held a slim 12-9 advantage in shots in the contest.
