Women's Hoops Picked Third in WVIAC by Women's Division II Bulletin

The Women's Division II Bulletin magazine has picked the Griffins women's basketball team to finish third in the WVIAC. Since 1993, Women's Division II Bulletin has been the leading publication covering women's division II basketball. Women's Division II Bulletin picks West Liberty and Fairmont State to finish atop this season's WVIAC standings. The Griffins return all five starters from last season and look to improve on their 18 win season. SHU will play three scrimmages on the road, including an exhibition at the Petersen Events Center against Pitt on November 10th. The Griffins open the regular season on the road at Slippery Rock on November 18th. The WVIAC's annual coaches' poll will be released next week.
