Individual Campus Visit Request Form
The SHU Admissions Team provides personalized visits tailored to students' individual needs on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. Individual appointments are scheduled around group campus tours at 9:00AM and 1:00PM.

INSTRUCTIONS:
  • In order to avoid a delay in processing, this form must be filled out completely.
  • Please request a campus visit date at least 5 business days in advance so we have time to schedule the best possible visit for you.

Intended Major :
High school students applying to the combined B.S./M.S. in Physician Assistant Program must submit:
  • A Seton Hill University application
  • Official high school transcripts
  • Three letters of recommendation
To be considered for the program, high school students must:
  • Have a minimum SAT score in high school of 1100 OR ACT score of 24
  • Have a minimum overall GPA of 3.2
  • Have a minimum GPA of 3.2 for all science courses taken in high school
  • Participate in an interview with representatives from Seton Hill and the Physician Assistant Program, and demonstrate strong oral and written language skills, evidence of ability to complete this intensive program of study and clinical training, personal maturity, and a professional attitude

High school students applying to the combined SHU/LECOM Pre Osteopathic Program must submit:
  • A Seton Hill University application
  • Official high school transcripts
  • A letter of recommendation from a science teacher
  • An essay that explains why you want to study Osteopathic medicine
To be considered for the program, high school students must:
  • Be accepted to Seton Hill University as a full-time student
  • Have a combined SAT score (Critical Reading + Math) of 1200 or better, OR ACT Composite score of 26 or better
  • Have a cumulative high school grade point average of 3.5 or higher on a 4.0 scale
  • Be a first-time college student (not transferring from another college or university), be a citizen of the USA, and agree not to apply to another medical school's program while enrolled in the cooperative degree program with LECOM

  • A letter of recommendation from a science teacher
  • An essay that explains why you want to study Pharmacy
A prospective student must:
  • Be accepted to Seton Hill University as a full-time student
  • Have a combined SAT score (Critical Reading + Math) of 1200 or better, OR ACT Composite score of 26 or better
  • Have a cumulative high school grade point average of 3.5 or higher on a 4.0 scale, be a citizen of the USA, and be a first-time college student (not transferring from another college or university)
