How many credits can be transferred?

Once admitted to Seton Hill all college transcripts will be reviewed. Students will receive an official evaluation of which credits will transfer. There is not a limit to how many credits can transfer, however, students must complete a minimum of 48 Seton Hill credits to be considered for a baccalaureate degree. At least half of the student’s major courses and the last 30 credits must be taken at Seton Hill.

Can credits be reviewed before applying for admission?

Yes, an unofficial evaluation can be completed to aid students in making an application decision.

Is financial aid available?

Yes.

When can a new student register for classes?

Students can register once they have been formally accepted to Seton Hill and have submitted their admission (and, if applicable, housing) deposit.

I already have a bachelor’s degree but am returning for another one. Are there any discounts?

Yes, there is a 35% tuition discount.
