Students who complete the exercise science program of study at Seton Hill will be prepared to work in private and commercial fitness clubs, medical fitness facilities, sport strength and conditioning programming, and clinical fitness programming such as cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation. Becoming CertifiedSeton Hill's degree program in exercise science is designed to meet the knowledge, skills and ability requirements of the American College of Sports Medicine. This curriculum prepares students to take a National Strength and Conditioning Association certification examination that matches their career goals. Graduate StudySeton Hill's Exercise Science Program also prepares students for the graduate-level study necessary for other allied health careers such as occupational therapy, biomechanics, exercise physiology and physician assistant. |
