Career Opportunities
Direct career choices include teaching at all levels; church related work such as family or youth ministry, religious education, or pastoral care and counseling; various forms of social service; and work with justice-oriented organizations.
Students are encouraged to combine a religious studies major or minor with other fields of study to strengthen their career options. Combining a religious studies major with a professional program, such as business, pre-law, or pre-med, prepares students to address the challenging ethical and spiritual questions they will meet in these professions.
