NEW Performing Arts Center

In the fall of 2009, Seton Hill University will open the new Seton Hill University Performing Arts Center. The $21 million performing arts complex is designed by MacLachlan, Cornelius & Filoni Architects, and is located in the Cultural District of downtown Greensburg. The new center will house complete performance, support, and academic space for the programs of music and theatre.


Click To Zoom In The location of the building brings it together with the Palace Theatre and the Westmoreland Museum of American Art, creating a vibrant and dynamic arts district. The Performing Arts Center is within walking distance of the main campus, and continuous shuttle service will also be available link Seton Hill's main and downtown campuses.

The Performing Arts Center includes:
  • Concert hall - 452 seats
  • Theatre - 252 seats
  • Complete scene shop
  • Large music rehearsal room
  • Laboratory theatre
  • Classrooms
  • Faculty offices and teaching studios
  • Practice rooms
