Phase I - at Seton Hill
To be eligible for Phase I a prospective student must:
- be accepted to Seton Hill University as a full-time student,
- have a combined SAT score (Critical Reading + Math) of 1170 or better, or ACT Composite score of 26 or better,
- have a cumulative high school grade point average of 3.5 or higher on a 4.0 scale, and
- be a first-time college student (not transferring from another college or university).
All applicants will need the following:
- a completed application form, including the essay. Apply Online.
- a minimum of one letter of recommendation from a teacher or guidance counselor or one recommendation form. Additional recommendations are
welcome and may represent other sources.
- a $35.00 non-refundable application fee. This fee is waived if you apply online.
- an official secondary-school transcript or GED certificate.
- official score reports from either the SAT (Scholastic Aptitude Test) of the College Entrance Examination Board (CEEB) or the ACT test of the American College Testing Program. Junior year scores on tests are acceptable; however, all applicants are encouraged to send senior year results. Senior year test results often give a truer
indication of academic potential. The subscore of the writing portion of the SAT must also be submitted. If you are submitting results from the ACT, it is recommended
that you take the optional writing portion of the exam and submit that score as well.

Phase II - at LECOM School of Pharmacy
To be eligible for Phase II a student must:
- have been enrolled in Phase I,
- maintain full-time status throughout participation in Phase I,
- be a United States citizen or permanent U.S. resident,
- complete the minimum course requirements listed under Curriculum,
- complete a higher level substitute course in the same discipline, in the event that a required course is taken at another institution while the student is attending Seton Hill or while in high school,
- complete all degree requirements for the Seton Hill degree,
- demonstrate a commitment to the practice of pharmacy and possess the personal and professional character needed as a practicing pharmacist,
- have earned a cumulative Pharmacy College Application Service (PharmCAS) grade point average of 3.4 or better,
- have earned a cumulative PharmCAS science grade point average of 3.4 or better,
- have earned a cumulative PharmCAS math grade point average of 3.4 or better,
- have taken the PCAT exam or undergone a writing assessment prior to the interview, and
- participate in a personal interview.
To gain final acceptance into the School of Pharmacy at LECOM, a student must:
- meet all requirements listed above,
- apply to LECOM through PharmCAS and submit the online LECOM secondary application by January 10 of the year of anticipated matriculation into Phase II,
- arrange for two letters of recommendation to be sent to PharmCAS (one from the Pharmacy Advisor), and
- participate in an in-person interview with LECOM in the third year of Phase I.
